Help us Build a Well for a Village in Ghana
On July 31 and August 1, CFIS president and founder Kirk Lyman-Barner will ride on the beautiful Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park.
The ride will be in honor of Kirk’s father, who passed away last August.
The Barner family has long been interested in the good work The Fuller Center is doing in Ghana. Kirk’s sister Kristen Barner worked in Ghana for three years, building houses for Habitat for Humanity and teaching expatriates.
Our goal is to fund the construction of a well to serve an entire community in Obretema, Ghana. The estimated cost of the well’s construction is $6,000.
The Barner family will match, dollar for dollar, all donations in honor of Tom Barner received by Father’s Day up to $3,000.
